About Nyrion

Hello, dear job seeker.

Nyrion is built by engineers who have been in your shoes. We sat through the new AI-assisted coding rounds ourselves, and we built the place to practice them that we could not find.

How it started

The interview changed. The prep did not.

In 2025 a new kind of coding round appeared. Canva went first, in June, telling candidates to bring their AI tools. In October Meta started handing candidates a real codebase and an AI assistant instead of a whiteboard, and Shopify, LinkedIn and Rippling run rounds of their own. Instead of writing an algorithm from memory, you were asked to read unfamiliar code, direct an agent, make a design call under time pressure, and absorb a new requirement every twenty minutes.

We were preparing for interviews ourselves at the time, and we could not find a single place to practice the new format. Every platform still trained you to solve puzzles alone and in silence, which is exactly the skill the new round stopped measuring. So we built the thing we were missing. That is how Nyrion came to be.

Our mission

Our mission is simple. We want every engineer to know what a real AI-assisted interview looks like before they sit one, to have good habits for guiding an agent already in their hands, and to get hired. Everything on Nyrion exists to serve those three things.

Know what to expect

Every problem is a small real repository with an AI assistant in the editor, tests that gate the next stage, and an interviewer who asks about your choices. The same shape as the room you are walking into.

Learn to guide an agent

Interviewers watch how you direct the assistant, not only what it produces. The agent on Nyrion executes but never decides for you, so the practice builds the habits that get noticed: clear direction, review, verification.

Get hired

Each completed session ends with a report on direction, debugging, communication and independence, with quotes from your own transcript. You see what an interviewer would see, before the interviewer does.

We curate the problems

Every problem starts from what real candidates report meeting at named companies, and every stage is written and checked by hand: a reference solution that passes, plausible alternatives that pass too, and the tempting mistakes that must fail. Where sources let us, we tag the problem by company. Where they do not, we keep the tag generic and trust the format.

We monitor and collect reports

We watch how sessions go, read what candidates tell us after their interviews, and feed both back into the problems and the assistant. When a stage turns out too easy to skip or too opaque to finish, it gets fixed. When a company changes its round, the problem follows.
